What counts as a page?
One design imported to a site. Converting reserves the page and importing charges it; a conversion that's never imported is released after 7 days. Importing it again, or re-converting a section to fix it, costs nothing.
Is the AI included in the price?
No, and that is on purpose: the AI runs on your own Claude or ChatGPT plan, so FigWP never meters tokens or sells credits. You pay FigWP only for pages imported to a site.
What happens when the pages run out?
Conversions stop until the next billing period, or until you add a page pack. Packs never reset, expire after 12 months, and are used after the month's pages.
Do unused pages roll over?
Monthly pages do not. Page packs are the way to keep a reserve: they stay on the account for 12 months.
What is a seat and what is a site?
A seat is a person using the Figma plugin on your account, sharing one access token. A site is a connected WordPress site that AI apps can import to. Free and Starter have one of each; Studio has 3 and 3; Agency has 10 seats and unlimited sites.
Is the free plan really free?
Yes. Three pages for life, every widget converter, one seat and one site, no card needed. The pages never reset and never expire.
How does yearly billing work?
A yearly plan costs ten months: the price of the plan times ten, paid once. The monthly page allowance still resets each month.
Can I change plans?
Yes, from Billing on the dashboard. Upgrades apply at once; downgrades apply at the end of the period you have paid for.
