Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 28, 2026
FigWP is a Figma to WordPress service built by WPDeveloper (a Startise brand). This policy explains what data we handle in four places: this website (figwp.app), the FigWP dashboard and its API, the FigWP plugin for Figma, and FigWP Connect, the module inside Essential Addons Pro on your WordPress site.
The short version
- Your Figma designs are read by the plugin inside Figma, on your computer, only for the frame you select and only when your AI app asks for a conversion.
- A conversion and the images FigWP stores for it are kept for 7 days and then deleted. Images are copied into your site's media library on import.
- The AI app you connect runs on your own account with that provider. FigWP never sends your design to an AI provider itself.
- Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
- We do not sell your data.
1. This website
This site is static and sets no tracking cookies. Our host, Cloudflare, keeps the request logs any web server keeps (address, page, time) for operating the site. If we add analytics, this page will say so first.
2. Your dashboard account
To use FigWP you create an account with your name, email address and a password. We store the password as a hash. We use your email to verify the account, to send receipts, password resets and notices about your plan, and, if you choose, product updates with an unsubscribe link in every message. Transactional email is sent through our email provider.
The dashboard records what your account did with FigWP: conversions, imports, the pages they used, the sites and AI apps connected, and sign-ins. This is what we use to meter your plan and to help you when you write to support. Support staff can see that record; they cannot see your designs.
3. The Figma plugin and your designs
The plugin runs inside Figma. It reads the frame you have selected only when your AI app asks for it, and it sends FigWP the layer tree, a preview image and the converted Elementor content so that they can be passed to your AI app and to your site. It does not read other frames, other pages or other files, and it reads nothing while no job is running.
FigWP keeps a conversion, with the images it needs, for 7 days so that you can import, re-import and repair it. After that it is deleted. Your access token identifies the account; the plugin stores it in Figma's own storage on your computer and sends it only to FigWP.
4. Connected AI apps
When you connect Claude, ChatGPT or another MCP app, you sign in on a FigWP page and approve what the app may do. We store the connection: the app's name, the permissions you approved, and tokens kept as hashes. What the app reads through FigWP (your selection, your site's profile, a conversion) is handled by that app under its provider's terms and privacy policy. FigWP never sends anything to an AI provider on its own; the app asks, and FigWP answers it.
You can disconnect an app at any time from the dashboard. Changing your password disconnects every app.
5. Connected WordPress sites
Connecting a site stores its address, name, the WordPress user who connected it, and a shared secret used to sign requests between FigWP and the site. FigWP calls the site only to do what you asked: check it is ready, import a draft, read and change a page FigWP created, read the site's form plugins and global styles, or publish a draft. It does not read your site's users, posts or settings beyond that. Disconnecting the site removes the secret on both ends.
6. Payments
Plans and page packs are paid through Stripe. Stripe collects and stores your card details under its own privacy policy; FigWP receives a customer reference, the plan and the invoice, and never your card number. Invoices are available from Billing on the dashboard.
7. Retention and deletion
Conversions and their images: 7 days. Preview links for a draft: ten minutes. Page snapshots on your site: the last eight, stored on your site. Account and usage records: for as long as the account exists. You can delete your account from the dashboard's Settings, which deletes your account record, tokens, connections and usage history; invoices are kept as long as accounting law requires.
8. Sharing
We share data only with the providers that run FigWP for you: our hosting providers, Stripe for payments, and our email provider for transactional mail. We do not sell your data and we do not share it for advertising. We disclose data where the law requires.
9. Security
Every connection to FigWP, to Figma and to your site is made over https. Access tokens and app tokens are stored as hashes. Requests between FigWP and your site are signed, carry a timestamp and a single-use nonce, and run as the user who connected the site. A refresh token used twice disconnects the app that used it.
10. Your rights
You can access, correct and delete your account data from the dashboard, and disconnect any app or site at any time. For anything else, including requests under the GDPR or similar laws, write to us through the WPDeveloper support desk.
11. Changes
We will update this page as FigWP changes, with the date at the top. Material changes will be noted here and, for account holders, by email.
