Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the figwp.app website, the FigWP dashboard and API, the FigWP plugin for Figma, and FigWP Connect inside Essential Addons Pro. FigWP is a product of WPDeveloper (a Startise brand). By using any of them you agree to these terms.

1. The service

FigWP converts Figma frames you select into Elementor pages built from Essential Addons widgets, through an AI app you connect, and imports them to WordPress sites you connect, as drafts. The AI app, Figma, Elementor, Essential Addons Pro and your site are yours; FigWP works with them and does not provide them.

2. Your account

Keep your sign-in and your access token to yourself and to the people on your plan. You are responsible for what happens under your account, for the people you give a seat to, for the AI apps you connect and for what you ask them to do.

3. Plans, pages and payment

  • Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly in advance through Stripe and renew until cancelled. Yearly plans are priced at ten months.
  • A page is one conversion imported to a site. Converting reserves a page; importing charges it; a conversion never imported is released after 7 days. Re-imports and section repairs of a charged page are free.
  • Monthly pages reset on your billing day and do not carry over. Page packs do not reset and expire 12 months after purchase.
  • Upgrades apply at once; downgrades and cancellations apply at the end of the period paid for. Refunds follow the WPDeveloper store's refund policy.
  • Prices may change; we will tell account holders before a change applies to them.

4. Your content

Your designs, the pages FigWP builds from them and the images in them are yours. You give FigWP the right to process them to provide the service: to read the frame you select, to convert it, to keep the conversion for 7 days and to send it to the AI app and the site you chose. Connect only sites you are allowed to manage and convert only designs you have the right to use.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use FigWP unlawfully, to reach sites or files you are not allowed to, or to attempt to breach, overload or get around its limits and security. Do not share one account across more people than its seats, and do not resell access to the service.

6. AI apps and other services

Claude, ChatGPT and other AI apps, Figma, Elementor and Essential Addons Pro are third-party products under their own terms. What an AI app does on your account is driven by what you ask it; review a draft before you publish it. We do not control these services and cannot promise they will keep working the same way.

7. Essential Addons Pro

FigWP Connect is part of Essential Addons Pro and is licensed with it under the Essential Addons terms. A site needs an active Essential Addons Pro licence to use FigWP Connect.

8. Availability and changes

We run FigWP with care but do not promise it will always be available or free of errors. It is in beta: features may change, and conversion results depend on the design, the widgets available and the AI app. We may change or discontinue features with notice on this site.

9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. WPDeveloper is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits or business, arising from use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid FigWP in the twelve months before the claim.

10. Termination

You can delete your account at any time from the dashboard. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts the service or other people at risk. Provisions that by their nature should survive (ownership, disclaimers, liability limits) survive termination.
