On this page
A page pack adds pages to your account outside the monthly allowance. Packs are for a busy month, or for a Free account that wants a few more pages without a subscription.
| Pack | Price | Pages | Keeps for |
|---|---|---|---|
| Small pack | $5 | 10 | 12 months |
| Large pack | $12 | 30 | 12 months |
How packs are used
- Pack pages are spent only after the month’s plan pages are gone, so a pack is never used up by pages you had anyway.
- They do not reset. What is left carries over month to month until the pack expires, 12 months after purchase.
- A page released from an unimported conversion goes back to where it came from, the plan or the pack.
Buying a pack
Open Billing on the dashboard and choose a pack. It is a one-time payment through the same checkout as the plans, and the pages show in your balance at once.
Troubleshooting
The pack pages are not showing in the plugin. The plugin reads the account after each finished conversion; close and reopen it, or run a conversion, to refresh the bar.
A pack was bought on a Free account and the pages disappeared. They did not; Free’s three lifetime pages are used first, then the pack’s. Check Billing for the balance.
